Reporting to the , this role is responsible for ensuring the efficient end-to-end operational flow from production planning and material availability through machining and delivery of products to specification and on time. A strong focus will be placed on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and increasing capacity and efficiency while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and safety across the organization. Support business development by preparing cost calculations, quotations, and customer proposals in collaboration with sales teams. Ensure optimal utilization and maintenance of machinery and equipment. Oversee incident reporting, customer complaints, and continuous improvement of SOPs and processes.
