The individual will lead the global Citrix team that is responsible for support, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and participating in various projects to enhance service and productivity. * Provide L3+ support to delivery teams on escalated issues. * Engage with on getting support, updates, and planning as required. * Will be responsible for directly managing a 24x7 support team. * Must be expert in the entire Citrix product offering. Netscaler, XenApp, XenDesktop, and legacy Citrix products experience is required. * Must be able to work in tandem with customers, project managers, and other engineers to develop customized, managed infrastructure.
