We are currently looking for a part-time HR Business Partner to take ownership of broad HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance, while acting as a trusted to and helping shape a positive and engaging workplace. * Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters. * Coordinate trainings, learning, and development initiatives together with Regional L&D. * Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus). * Strong knowledge of employment law, HR processes, and compliance.
