As part of the Application Team there are Clinical Support Specialists (CSS) who support customers, following the delivery of projects, throughout the duration of their contract. * Spend time on customer sites to, for example, conducting workflow analyses and training to a variety of end users * Superior customer advocacy/satisfaction skills * Experience as a PACS/RIS Administrator or super/key user beneficial * Minimum three years' hospital experience including delivering training * Experience with AGFA software a plus
