Support business development by preparing cost calculations, quotations, and customer proposals in collaboration with sales teams. Contribute to machining-related initiatives and participate in supplier and customer negotiations when needed. Deliver products on time, within specification, and aligned with customer requirements. Oversee incident reporting, customer complaints, and continuous improvement of SOPs and processes. * Exposure to both internal and external customers, contributing to business growth
