We support our clients through a structured programme, designed to help get the best out of our solutions, including:

i-GRasp User Group

i-GRasp maintain and support an active user community. The group meet formally on a quarterly basis in order to share practice and discuss issues of common interest. StepStone also uses this opportunity to share new developments and discuss the future development of the product.

Best Practices

We maintain a "Sharing Best Practice" programme which facilitates the development of features which are of benefit to our entire user group. In this way suggested developments are evaluated, developed and shared with our existing client base during quarterly feature releases.

Workshops and Seminars

StepStone runs a series of workshops and seminars on issues related to system usage and recruitment best practice. Open seminars are free to clients and we encourage clients to make use of these opportunities.

Change Requests

We will work to an agreed SLA for the management of change requests and the resolution of customer issues. We offer both an office hours telephone help desk (longer if required) and an online helpdesk system which enables us to log change requests and track their progress as they are approved and developed.
