The individual will lead the global Citrix team that is responsible for support, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and participating in various projects to enhance service and productivity. * Provide L3+ support to delivery teams on escalated issues. * Review and ensure all internal documentation is kept current and shared centrally with the rest of the team. * Will be responsible for directly managing a 24x7 support team. * Must be able to work in tandem with customers, project managers, and other engineers to develop customized, managed infrastructure.
