Join the Emaldo® Technical Services/Operations department as our Onboarding Manager (Installer Training & Support) In addition, you will visit customers on-site to resolve any technical issues that an installer is unable to fix remotely, acting as the key escalation point for complex field problems. * Provide insight into product issues and field performance to help shape product enhancements and refinements. * Proactively suggest enhancements to onboarding procedures, training materials, and field support processes. * Practical field experience with solar PV, inverters, and battery systems is strongly preferred. Problem-Solving & Field Support * Comfortable traveling to client premises and working in varying field conditions (rooftops, outdoor sites)
