Provide technical customer support from the office when not offshore. * Provide technical support to customers during operations such as rig moves and jacking trials. This role sits within the Aftermarket / Services team and works closely with , , and customers. You will represent NOV and GustoMSC on-site, contributing directly to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and the long-term performance of installed offshore equipment. * Supervise and support maintenance activities on imposed equipment during offshore and on-site operations. * Support training and mentoring of less when applicable. * Good command of English, both written and spoken – essential for reporting and customer interaction. * Strong customer-facing skills and structured reporting capabilities. * Long-term career development toward Senior Service Engineer or Technical Specialist roles.
