Execute sales strategy, generate sales reports, and identify opportunities to increase sales volume while ensuring service levels are met. The BPS is responsible for sales activities within the assigned territory, with a focus on positioning Avantor as the preferred supplier to biopharmaceutical customers engaged in the manufacture of mammalian and microbial-based therapeutics, vaccines, cell and gene therapies and peptides. * Execute company strategies to achieve sales growth across the assigned region * Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry or a related life sciences sector * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Being pro-active and drive training & service improvements together with sales and marketing. * Together with your team, work closely with the CoE Lead Colour & Tinting EMEA to support the successful development, testing, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement of new and existing dispenser software, dispensing machines, color tools, processes to colleagues and customers to achieve maximum benefit/sales/growth in line with Marketing and Commercial strategies.
