Lead consultative sales engagements across Colt's portfolio (cloud, networking, SD-WAN, voice, security). Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional with a passion for winning new business and reigniting dormant relationships? * Use data and insights to prioritize targets and shape winning sales strategies. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution from pre-sales to delivery. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline using modern sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger). * Experience engaging large enterprise customers with a consultative, outcome-based approach. * Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with strategic sales methodologies.

Being pro-active and drive training & service improvements together with sales and marketing. * Together with your team, work closely with the CoE Lead Colour & Tinting EMEA to support the successful development, testing, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement of new and existing dispenser software, dispensing machines, color tools, processes to colleagues and customers to achieve maximum benefit/sales/growth in line with Marketing and Commercial strategies.
