Support change management processes across the Netherlands. * Partner closely and regularly liaise with the Works Council, including managing organisational changes, preparing consent requests, attending and being an active participant in quarterly meetings, and actioning outcomes. * Coach managers on people practices, supporting them through change and negotiations. * Advise on relations, performance management, and absence cases. * Deliver People solutions across business units, including talent management and succession planning. * Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, leasing, finance, centre management, legal, investment, and technical teams. * Locally lead the annual cycle: objective setting, mid‑year reviews, and year‑end performance management. * Manage the local pension process and any changes that arise as part of legal changes.
