As a key member of the Netherlands team, you'll play a pivotal role at the centre of a fast‑moving, ambitious organisation, shaping the employee experience, influencing culture, and driving meaningful impact across the business. * Adapt and apply the People Strategy to support local business goals. * Provide expert guidance aligned with Dutch labour law, best practice, and business needs. * Deliver People solutions across business units, including talent management and succession planning. * Commuting allowance of € 0,32 cts per km, or an NS business card.
