Within the Client Service role you will be at the epicenter of all products and services Circana delivers to her clients. You will be in contact with the operational- and commercial side of Circana and, of course, with your clients. You are responsible for creating and maintaining a positive client experience and making sure that any issues that occur are dealt with appropriately. You know your way around the vast diversity of teams and can connect with anyone in or outside the organization.
The main objectives of the role are:
To be successful as a CSE you take ownership over the processes regarding your clients. You are up to speed on whatever is going on with your client and know their wants and needs. You keep track of the issues that are at hand and make sure that those are handles quick and efficient.
