For our production plant in Amsterdam, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer who will also act as the Operational Installation Responsible (OIV). The plant operates in a complex industrial environment with critical electrical installations where safety, reliability, and continuity are essential. In this key role, you are responsible for the safe and reliable operation of all electrical installations at our PPG Amsterdam site. You also play an important part in the engineering and execution of electrical CAPEX and OPEX projects. You act as the main technical point of contact for electrical engineering within the plant and work closely with Maintenance, Operations, EHS, and external partners. * Design, review, and implement electrical installations and modifications

Drive operational performance through continuous improvement and lean methodologies, leading improvement projects, coaching teams, maintaining KaiNexus data, and supporting a culture of productivity, efficiency, and health & safety compliance. * To improve the performance of Operations by providing constant challenge of the status quo, championing lean philosophy, implementing robust measurement of losses, facilitating the development and implementation of a continuous improvement plan. * Coach CI project leads and the production team in continuous improvement techniques and help them cascade this approach to their teams to develop a proactive continuous improvement culture. * Develop training programmes and undertake
