We are currently looking for a part-time HR Business Partner to take ownership of broad HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance, while acting as a trusted advisor to managers and helping shape a positive and engaging workplace. * Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. * Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters. * Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance, and conflict resolution. * Promote employee engagement and foster a positive company culture.
