We are currently looking for a part-time HR Business Partner to take ownership of broad HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance, while acting as a trusted to and helping shape a positive and engaging workplace. * Manage end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, and offboarding. * Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. * Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters. * Lead recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offers. * Coordinate trainings, learning, and development initiatives together with Regional L&D. * Advise and on HR policies, performance, and conflict resolution. * Promote employee engagement and foster a positive company culture. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies as needed.
