2–4 years of experience in e-mail marketing, ideally in e-commerce or B2C - We build lasting relationships with loyal customers – and your e-mails will be a key part of that journey. * Develop and own the e-mail strategy for the Dutch market – from the first click to lifelong loyalty - You'll lead and manage our email marketing strategy for the Benelux region – with a strong focus on the Netherlands. * Develop automated email flows (e.g. welcome journeys, cart abandonment, re-engagement) that build long-term customer relationships * Work closely with our E-Commerce, Social Media, and Content teams, as well as the Dutch Sales Team * Regularly align with the German Marketing Team to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing * Hands-on-experience with tools like Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp oder HubSpot
