Je bent niet bang om alle facetten van het HR-vak stevig beet te pakken: van in-, door- en uitstroom tot aan onboarding en verzuim. * Je implementeert HR-beleid en neemt actief deel aan diverse verbeterprojecten rondom organisatieontwikkeling, talentmanagement en het implementeren van onze visie over Leren & Ontwikkelen. * Je draagt als eigenaar bij aan de uitvoering, inrichting, ontwikkeling en het optimaliseren van meerdere HR applicaties * Je fungeert als coach over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken zoals verzuim, werving & selectie, individuele vragen en ontwikkeltrajecten van medewerk
