Right now, we are looking for a highly motivated Customer Care Agent to join our team in supporting one of the world’s best-known brand in managing its Supply Chain. The role and team offer a great opportunity to learn, develop and challenge yourself.

Key responsibilities:
  • Be our customer´s primary contact and actively build strong, lasting relationship and provide second to none customer service
  • Ownership and responsibility for the end to end customer experience and satisfaction
  • Identify areas of improvements and active supporting the implementation of agreed improvements, products and systems
  • Engage in constructive and efficient issue resolution, this includes handling complaints and claims.
  • Liaise with other key parties including suppliers and other Maersk offices around the world
  • Maintain a commercial and cost-optimization focus and take care for financial administration & root causes for possible additional charges
  • Respond to ad hoc situations and deliver best in class solutions
  • Assist the team in realizing the ambitions by sharing knowledge and best practices of processes.
  • Be a backup for your team members, which can result in learning multiple customer processes.

Jouw profiel

Who we are looking for:
Somebody who :
  • Speaks and reads fluently English
  • Has proven logistics freight forwarding experience
  • Applies Communication skills
  • Owns Analytic skills
  • Has Good MS Office skills
  • Is result and customer driven
  • Does not fear stress
  • Can work individual but in teams as well
  • Can prioritize tasks and multitask at the same time
  • Knows Dutch language proficiency has a plus
  • Independent problem solver.
