An international temporary employment agency with an established market position, which successfully implements its projects in EU countries, acquiring employees from Eastern Europe and Central Asia, is looking for a candidate for the position of:
Regional Manager – Netherlands (Noord-Brabant)
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Acquisition and development of new contracts, where the recommended candidates for work are mainly foreigners.
- Implementation and coordination of acquired projects,
- Achievement of the set sales targets in the entrusted area,
- Managing a team of subordinate employees,
- Building good and lasting relationships with contractors
Jouw profiel
- Experience and knowledge of the industry will be an advantage,
- High level of competence in the area of negotiation and sales,
- Knowledge of issues related to the principles of employment and remuneration of employees and knowledge of the provisions of the Labour Law (Collective Bargaining Agreement) will be an advantage,
- Self-discipline and very good organization of working time,
- Ability to work and complete tasks under time pressure,
- Higher education,
- Practical ability to use MS Office,
- Knowledge of English and Dutch at the intermediate level B1/B2, knowledge of Polish will be an advantage,
- Ability to work in a team,
- Preferred place of residence of the candidate, or willingness to work outside the place of permanent residence in the province of Noord-Brabant.
- Driving licence category B.
