We are hiring a Customer Service Rep M/F/D Benelux. 
LOCATED IN THE NETHERLANDS 

Your contribution

  • Quotation and order entry
  • Monitoring the timely processing of shipments
  • Processing returns and complaints
  • Interface between customers and other  departments

Your strength

  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Good knowledge of English, other language skills are a plus
  • Fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Experienced handling of ERP systems - NAV desirable
  • High customer orientation in combination with an independent and structured way of working
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving mentality and motivation to go the extra mile
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
