In this mission, we are searching for our Business Area Property Analysis & Valuation in Amsterdam an employee with immediate effect as

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for overseeing property analytics for all new business deals, event-driven changes, and ongoing monitoring, ensuring alignment with Group standards and best industry practices 
  • You will serve as a trusted advisor to the business, delivering insightful market commentary, trends, and comprehensive property-specific reports to inform and support investment decision-making
  • You will perform in-depth research and risk assessments for property assets across various sectors, including office, retail, logistics, and residential
  • You will manage key relationships with external partners, such as surveyors and other specialists, ensuring accurate and timely cost and value assessments
  • You will drive the establishment and maintenance of frameworks for ongoing performance reviews and event-driven facility changes
  • You will collaborate closely with various internal deal teams, including Originators, Underwriters, and Transaction Management, to efficiently resolve execution issues

Your skills

  • You are an experienced real estate professional with a minimum of 10 years experience in the field, including real estate development, finance, and valuation for bank lending
  • You hold a graduate degree or MBA, with RICS and/or HypZert qualification or progress towards it preferred
  • You possess excellent written and spoken Dutch and English, and are proficient with Microsoft Office and property valuation software
  • You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to improve processes and deliver excellent results for internal and external clients, with a strong sense of integrity
  • You thrive in a team-oriented environment, balance decisiveness with risk awareness, and are committed to setting and achieving the highest standards
