Your StepStone job listing contains your logo, full details of your job opening (unlimited characters), and runs for 30 days.
The day after publication of your listing, it is emailed to more than 130.000 potential candidates who have registered with StepStone. Your logo is also automatically displayed in the logo gallery.
Detailed statistics give you a clear picture of the effectiveness of your recruitment campaign at any given time.

- As its name suggests, this search engine allows you to search for candidates based on any of the criteria included in their CVs. The following criteria are offered for candidate searches: professional experience, specific knowledge or knowhow, personal details, training, language skills, longterm aims, preferences or keywords.
- "Ranking"
- This option is designed to take you straight to the best profiles! Each CV in the results list receives a score based on the criteria specified for your search. The candidates who best fit the profile you are looking for are placed at the top of the list.

Based on your description of the person you need, we search the StepStone database, which contains more than 100.000 available CVs (*), for suitable candidates who are interested in your job listing.
Moreover, we place your job listing online. After a maximum of 30 days, we send you the CVs of the candidates that match the profile you are looking for and who have expressed an interest in your company.
