To support the supervision and development of the accounting team while ensuring accurate financial operations, regulatory compliance, effective reporting, and business continuity, as well as serving as a key finance partner for management and regional stakeholders within an international environment. * Supervise and develop the Finance team by overseeing performance, KPIs, training, and business continuity while contributing to regional and global finance projects. * Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, internal controls, audits, and SAP finance processes to support efficient financial operations. * Certified Accountant with expertise in Finance, Accounting, Reporting, or Tax. * Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in finance or accounting. * Experience in accounting or finance roles within international or global organizations.
