To support the supervision and development of the accounting team while ensuring accurate financial operations, regulatory compliance, effective reporting, and business continuity, as well as serving as a key finance partner for management and regional stakeholders within an international environment. * Supervise and develop the Finance team by overseeing performance, KPIs, training, and business continuity while contributing to regional and global finance projects. * Prepare financial statements, statutory reports, budgets, and periodic financial analyses to support business performance and management decision-making. * Fluent business-level English and Dutch.
