Your responsibilities * Manage end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, and offboarding. * Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. * Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters. * Lead recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offers. * Coordinate trainings, learning, and development initiatives together with Regional L&D.
