                        This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR professional with hands-on experience in retail HR to join an international and fast-paced environment company that is growing in Europe. UNIQLO Netherlands is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Store HR Administrator for our Rotterdam Lijnbaan store. As a Senior Store HR Administrator you will be the go-to person for HR and admin matters at store level – across general back-of-house tasks, recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, employee relations, policy communication, and more. This role reports into the Store and with a dotted line into HR Business Partner, working closely with in-store management team and the wider HR community within UNIQLO Netherlands. While born in Japan, we now have more than 2,500 stores worldwide and are expanding fast across the UK and Europe – it's never been a more exciting time to join us.
