Lead the site organization and business of the Maasvlakte Power Plant by defining its vision, strategy, and direction in conjunction with other functional areas in Uniper, and in alignment with the overarching Flexible Energy Fleet Steam & Biomass Fleet objectives * Collaboration with all relevant Uniper functions, in particular the Flexible Energy Steam & Biomass fleet, the Green Power & Gases team, Uniper's trading business, and internal support functions * Completed university/academic studies in engineering (or comparable experience as a plant manager), additional studies in economics or business administration are advantageous
