We're looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join our Amstelveen office in a standalone role, reporting to the of People in the UK. As a key member of the Netherlands team, you'll play a pivotal role at the centre of a fast‑moving, ambitious organisation, shaping the employee experience, influencing culture, and driving meaningful impact across the business. * Adapt and apply the People Strategy to support local business goals. * Provide expert guidance aligned with Dutch labour law, best practice, and business needs. * Advise on relations, performance management, and absence cases. * Deliver People solutions across business units, including talent management and succession planning. * Oversee local health and sickness cases (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter). * Manage People‑related legal cases in partnership with external employment lawyers.
