We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR Business Services Country Manager, Netherlands to lead our HR operations and drive continuous improvement in service delivery across the country. You will play a pivotal role in promoting HR business service excellence and driving operational efficiency. HR Business Service Excellence * Supporting a defined group of directly with delivering excellent HR Services to that group of people. * Leverage Operational Excellence knowledge and HR Shared Services to continuously optimize and improve HR processes. * Drive alignment and effectiveness within the regional HR team as a people manager, offering leadership, coaching, and development opportunities. * Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders across leadership and HR to ensure alignment, collaboration, and mutual support for HR service excellence.
