The FP&A Analyst will support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for the salon business, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and robust planning processes. This position goes beyond traditional financial control, providing proactive guidance and support to budget holders on all aspects of budget management and profitability. * Drive the budget & planning process * Work with budget holders to ensure they understand the financial information and their impact on organization. Provide all budget holders with up-to-date information in relation to their budgets.
