We're a global network of designers, technologists, and strategists who bring ideas to life — shaping experiences that truly matter. * Lead design and prototype review sessions, connecting creative ambition with technical feasibility. * Mentor colleagues and contribute to a culture of creative exploration. * You have 5+ years in creative technology, innovation labs, or similar roles, and a strong portfolio of concept-to-prototype projects. * You bridge human-centered design and engineering fluently — understanding both creative intent and technical depth. * You're fluent in Dutch and English (C1). * Eligibility for security clearance in the Netherlands (Dutch or EU citizenship may be required due to customer security requirements).
