As the Onboarding Manager reporting to the Country Manager at Emaldo in the Netherlands, you will play a pivotal role in training and supporting installers of our solar and battery storage solutions. Join the Emaldo® Technical Services/Operations department as our Onboarding Manager (Installer Training & Support) Leveraging your qualification as an electrician, you will deliver hands-on training sessions, create onboarding materials, and ensure that our installer network understands and implements best practices for safe, compliant, and effective installations. Installer Onboarding & Training * Proactively suggest enhancements to onboarding procedures, training materials, and field support processes. * Self-Driven Leader: Takes ownership of the onboarding process, continuously seeking new ways to make it more efficient and impactful.
