The most important target is to make - sure that the products with the highest sales are being added to the Dictionary and placed in the correct - product group. By ensuring that the objective coding rules are being followed and kept up-to-date, the - Dictionary Coding employee makes sure that new products will get coded with high quality. The employee will be assigned to own product groups, whereby all important product characteristics like brand, flavor, package, size, etc. are being captured in the database. Different tools are available to ensure a - consistent database which will be used as the input for client databases.
