Agile coaching certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, SAFe SPC, CTC) are desirable but not essential - We are supporting a global tech client, seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support the adoption and maturity of Agile ways of working across teams, departments, and leadership. The role requires strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive change at multiple levels of an organisation. o Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and on Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), and mindset - o Support Agile transformations, including delivery improvements, team setup, and continuous improvement practices - o Establish and support Agile communities of practice and shared learning environments
