As Quality Process Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of quality process audits across our European customer portfolio. Lead Quality Audits Across Europe * Manage the end-to-end audit lifecycle across Laboratory & Production Services sites. * Design, implement, and maintain quality process audits that support operational excellence. * Conduct audits to evaluate process effectiveness, compliance, and adherence to site-specific KPIs and SLAs. * Develop audit documentation, reporting standards, and quality validation processes. * Facilitate audit reviews, discovery sessions, and improvement workshops with operational stakeholders.
