Neogene Therapeutics is a pre-clinical stage biotechnology company aiming to change the paradigm of treatment for solid cancers. Our mission is to provide cancer patients with T cell therapies targeting mutated proteins called neo-antigens, which present in cancerous tissue as a consequence of DNA mutations. In a process that is minimally invasive for the patient, Neogene intends to leverage technology to engineer “Designer T cells” with optimized ability to seek and destroy tumor cells based on neo-antigens.
