As an HR Business Partner, you make an inventory of current and future personnel needs, you ask the right questions and translate this into HR-specific actions in terms of learning & development, compensation & benefits and recruitment. As a true HR Business Partner, you can convince and give both solicited and unsolicited advice / support to the team on HR-related topics. The HR Business Partner guides and advises the management regarding performance management.
