Support and drive Net Sales in retail while ensuring brand equity in POS through merchandising, product knowledge, and ensuring quality sell out activates. * Develop and deliver successful sales campaigns in salons in line with the global salon strategy and Oribe global guidelines. * Train in salon staff to understand key brand and product benefits to support sales / enable access to hands-on training for salon staff through the Oribe education program and sessions. * Up to 3 years' experience in a commercial or sales role, ideally within beauty, health, fashion, FMCG, or ideally luxury brands, with a proven track record of results. * Excellent sales capabilities, including the ability to drive performance through strategic planning, promotions, and execution. * Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with sales tools and systems.
