Support and drive Net Sales in retail while ensuring brand equity in POS through merchandising, product knowledge, and ensuring quality sell out activates. * Train in salon staff to understand key brand and product benefits to support sales / enable access to hands-on training for salon staff through the Oribe education program and sessions. * Partner with the wider local Kao Salon Division team to identify opportunities to convert existing current Oribe salons to take in additional Kao Salon Division brands and build their portfolio. * Your expertise will extend to the wider Kao Salon Division portfolio of brands to enable extended distribution into Oribe customers in line with strategy. Brand Ambassadorship * Up to 3 years' experience in a commercial or sales role, ideally within beauty, health, fashion, FMCG, or ideally luxury brands, with a proven track record of results.
