EMBL's IT Services team delivers and supports IT infrastructure and services across our sites in Heidelberg, Barcelona, Rome Grenoble and Hamburg. In addition, the team plays an important role in EMBL's scientific training mission by providing and maintaining IT training environments for the EMBL Advanced Training Centre. We are looking for an experienced, service-oriented IT Support Engineer to join our team at EMBL Headquarters in Heidelberg. * Track, document, and manage support requests in line with IT service management best practices. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services, infrastructure and user experience. * At least 2 years of professional experience in an IT support environment. * Experience integrating desktop and mobile devices into enterprise IT environments, including network, file, email and collaboration services.
