Deliver a responsive, user-focused helpdesk service with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services, infrastructure and user experience. * At least 2 years of professional experience in an IT support environment. * A degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience. * Hands-on experience managing and supporting Windows, Linux and macOS systems, including desktop and mobile platforms. * Experience integrating desktop and mobile devices into enterprise IT environments, including network, file, email and collaboration services. * Experience with enterprise software deployment and configuration management tools (e.g. Microsoft SCCM, JAMF Pro).
