You will own the strategic roadmap for your area, lead complex projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product adoption and partner satisfaction globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a 1–2 year vision for your area of digital partner experience.
- Set KPIs and leverage data to create insights, hypotheses, and measurable experiments.
- Lead and prioritise a performance-driven backlog.
- Manage high-impact digital marketing projects with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Drive innovation using technology-based solutions.
- Champion the voice of the partner and advocate for their experience across the organisation.
- Share expertise and mentor others across teams and departments.
