This is a hands-on IT role supporting infrastructure across the Netherlands and Germany, with some users located across wider Europe and the UK.
You’ll be responsible for:
Systems & Infrastructure Support
- Maintain and support Navision BC / Navision 2009 (and other ERP systems)
- Build, configure, and repair hardware and software
- Troubleshoot servers, networks, and security issues
- Run preventative maintenance
- Administer IT security across servers, computers, and network equipment
Helpdesk & On-Site Support
- Provide Level 1/2 support to staff across EU regions
- Manage and track support tickets
- Support remote and on-site users
- Set up networks, production/process equipment, and IT installations
Projects & Documentation
- Contribute to IT projects and operational improvements
- Update technical documentation and work schedules
- Assist operations teams with new processes and systems
Travel & Coverage
- On-site role in the Netherlands
- Travel to Germany 5 days per month (typically 3 weeks NL, 1 week Germany)
