We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to take the lead in transforming our warehouse processes with our new Warehouse Management System (Hardis – Reflex). * Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes and procedures. * 1–3 years of practical experience in logistics and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) – preferably Hardis Reflex – in roles focused on configuration, support or implementation. * In-depth knowledge of warehouse processes such as inbound, picking, packing, and inventory management, combined with a strong interest in warehouse automation. In this role, you'll be the key link between internal departments and external – ensuring smooth system performance, continuous improvement, and smarter supply chain solutions. * Configure, optimize and support the Hardis Reflex WMS to enable efficient and scalable warehouse operations.
