We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR Business Services Country Manager, Netherlands to lead our HR operations and drive continuous improvement in service delivery across the country. As a strategic partner, you will oversee and optimize the full range of Hire-to-Retire processes, ensuring alignment to standards while respecting local peculiarities. You will play a pivotal role in promoting HR business service excellence and driving operational efficiency.
The position is located in Amsterdam, directly reporting to Country Cluster Leader DACH and North-East.
Local presence (3 days office work in Amsterdam, Westpoort) and Dutch language are important to fulfil the core responsibilities.
