Your responsibilities

The Role:

Please note that this is a hybrid role, with an on‑site presence requirement in the Etten office three times per week.

Key Accountabilities:

What you’ll do:

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of roles
  • Use multiple sourcing tools and channels to build qualified and diverse pipelines
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Service Leaders to align recruitment strategies with business needs
  • Execute targeted outreach and tailored candidate conversations to attract top talent
  • Coordinate and manage interview and selection processes
  • Work closely with TA Operations to track activity, ensure data accuracy, and report on key metrics
  • Prepare and deliver quality shortlists within agreed timelines and service levels
  • Ensure an excellent Candidate, Client, and Hiring Manager experience through proactive communication
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in all recruitment systems and ATS
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to delivering results aligned with SLAs, KPIs, and team goals

Your profile

Skills & Requirements:

Must‑haves

  • Demonstrated experience managing full‑cycle recruitment
  • Strong sourcing skills using a variety of tools and platforms
  • Business fluency in Dutch (a must)
  • Business‑level English, spoken and written
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience using recruitment technology, ATS, and databases
  • Strong organizational and detail‑orientation skills
  • Awareness of compliance, data accuracy, and recruitment‑related legislation

Good to have

  • Recruitment experience within Engineering / Mechanical / Manufacturing sectors
  • Proven ability to create content and use social media for talent attraction
  • Strong problem‑solving, prioritization, and analytical thinking skills
  • Experience working in an RPO or multinational setting
