Key Accountabilities:
What you’ll do:
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of roles
- Use multiple sourcing tools and channels to build qualified and diverse pipelines
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Service Leaders to align recruitment strategies with business needs
- Execute targeted outreach and tailored candidate conversations to attract top talent
- Coordinate and manage interview and selection processes
- Work closely with TA Operations to track activity, ensure data accuracy, and report on key metrics
- Prepare and deliver quality shortlists within agreed timelines and service levels
- Ensure an excellent Candidate, Client, and Hiring Manager experience through proactive communication
- Maintain accurate and timely data in all recruitment systems and ATS
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to delivering results aligned with SLAs, KPIs, and team goals
