At Ovostar Union, we are committed to excellence and are looking to expand our team with talented and dedicated professionals. Our team is growing, and we’re opening a new position for an IFRS Reporting Manager in Ospel, the Netherlands.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting by the Dutch companies of the Group, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the Group’s accounting and reporting policy. IFRS Reporting Manager is expected to collect relevant financial Dutch GAAP data from local ERP and other applicable sources, perform thorough analyses thereof, identify sections that require adjustments to comply with IFRS and ultimately prepare a set of IFRS financial statements consolidated on the level of the Dutch holding company on a quarterly basis. IFRS Reporting Manager shall play the key role as a point of contact for the local external auditor during annual group audits, closely cooperating with the Group’s CFO and the Group’s auditors.

In between of the reporting dates the role involves leading the implementation of the Group’s accounting policy, providing technical expertise on IFRS, and collaborating with local financial team on improving accounting and reporting practices with a focus on their automation.
