Your responsibilities

The Role:

As a Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

We are hiring a Dutch and English speaking Recruiter, based in Leiden who will join our team supporting one of the largest and most broadly based healthcare and pharmaceutical Companies in the world - Johnson & Johnson.

Location: Leiden, the Netherlands

Work pattern: hybrid - with working onsite in Leiden 3 days a week

Employment Type: Fixed-term contract for 12 months.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Managing end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing and Supply Chain positions in pharma industry in the Netherlands and Belgium.
    • Facilitating the Interview and selection process.
    • Building and strengthening relationships with a Client and Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities.
    • Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
    • Identifying process improvements and managing Client expectations.
    • Ensuring Candidate and Hiring Manager great experience by frequent updates and communication.
    • Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
    • Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.


Your profile

What you need to have to be successful:

    • Strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
    • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
    • Strong customer focus and excellent senior stakeholders management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with Client, Candidates, and Teammates.
    • Strategic mind, attention to detail and proactive approach.
    • Experience in managing recruitments processes for blue-collar, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Production or Supply Chain roles within pharma industry background.
    • Experience in recruiting in the Netherlands and Belgium is preferred.
    • Experience in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching) is desirable.
